Firstly, what exactly is an “upper limit”? In an nutshell, an “upper limit” is a wall of limitation within the psyche that states that we cannot go any further in our expansion of awareness than a certain parameter we have set out for ourselves. This also means that we cannot then manifest this newly expanded awareness in physical life (according to our own self-made limitations). We often have “upper limits”
There are four “levels” of the substance that make up karma – body level, soul level and two levels of spirit. These are held cosmically in what the Toltec’s call the Four Great Bands of Compassion. Body level karma is the karma of deeds, soul level the karma of emotion and the two levels of spirit make up the karma of the “what ifs” and “if onlys” of our lives.
